When you submit the "Have an item to offer?" form, we store: name, phone, email, item type, and a photo if you attach one. We also collect basic anonymous usage data (which pages are viewed, session length, referral source) to understand how the site is used - with no personally identifying information in this data.

How information is used

The details you leave in the form are used only to contact you about the offer you submitted. They are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose.

Data retention

Information is stored on a private server, secured with HTTPS, with daily backups. If you'd like your details removed, just get in touch and we'll take care of it.

Cookies

The site uses a basic session cookie only for managing admin login (relevant only to the site owner). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
